Refund policy

60-Day Returns

We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely happy, you may return any eligible item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Free Returns

Returns are free of charge. Contact us and we will send you a prepaid, insured return label. There is no restocking fee.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
All certificates (IGI, GRA or GIA), appraisals, gift boxes and any free gifts must be returned with the item.
Items that have been engraved, personalised, resized at your request or made to a bespoke design cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Start a Return

Email us at 14kfinejewelery@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at wa.link/cmk0vr with your order number.
We will confirm your return and send a free, insured return label with instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to process it.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, metal or style, contact us and we will arrange an exchange free of charge, subject to availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Your Statutory Rights (UK & EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 60-day policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
