The 1 Carat Emerald Cut Diamond Wedding Band is handcrafted in solid 10ct, 14ct or 18ct gold, set with a 1ct emerald-cut moissanite. The moissanite is graded D colour, VVS1 clarity, for a bright, clean sparkle. The emerald cut is a step cut. Instead of scattered sparkle it gives long, clean flashes of light, often called the hall-of-mirrors effect, for a quiet, Art Deco look. Claws hold the stone firmly while letting in as much light as possible.
It is designed to be worn every day, on its own or stacked beside an engagement ring. Available in yellow, white or rose gold and UK ring sizes D to Z+1.

The band itself has a unique design, with a width that starts at 3mm and graduates down to 1.9mm , offering both comfort and style. This subtle tapering adds a delicate touch to the overall look, making the ring perfect for everyday wear as well as special occasions.
No. Moissanite is its own gemstone (silicon carbide), not a diamond or a diamond simulant like cubic zirconia. It is extremely hard (9.25 on the Mohs scale) and has more fire, or rainbow sparkle, than diamond. It will not go cloudy or lose its sparkle over time.
The emerald cut is a step cut. Instead of scattered sparkle it gives long, clean flashes of light, often called the hall-of-mirrors effect, for a quiet, Art Deco look. Step cuts show clarity clearly, so a high-clarity stone is the best choice.
Claws hold the stone firmly while letting in as much light as possible. Each claw is checked before dispatch. We recommend having the claws checked by a jeweller every year or two, as with any claw-set piece.
18ct gold (75% pure gold) has the richest colour and a luxurious weight. 14ct gold (58.5% pure gold) is the most popular balance of colour, durability and value. 10ct gold (41.7% pure gold) is the hardest-wearing and most affordable option. Every option is solid gold all the way through, not plated.
White gold is finished with a bright rhodium plating. Over time, usually every 12 to 18 months with daily wear, it can soften to a warmer tone. Any jeweller can re-plate it quickly to restore the bright white finish.
